Do not use bold or underlined text. Abbreviations should be used consistently. The article should be divided into sections using subheadings: please begin with “Introduction” and end with “Summary.”
Figures

Illustrations taken from other works and subject to copyright protection must be provided with bibliographic information in the form of a reference in the figure caption.
Charts and Tables
Please number tables and charts separately. Please avoid three-dimensional charts due to reduced legibility. Charts should be submitted in separate Excel files.
Title (caption) – captions should be placed below charts, and titles – above tables. Footnotes to table text should be placed within the table, and footnotes to figures should be placed below the figure.
Source – the full source of the data must be provided below each table and figure. The following terms are acceptable: “author’s own work” or “author’s own work based on…”.
Announcement – each table/figure should be introduced in the text with a full sentence, allowing the table/figure to be placed in a location convenient for the author and the publisher.
Alternative Text (Alt Text)
In accordance with accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG), please provide alternative text (Alt Text) for every graphic (photo, chart, illustration). Alt Text is read by screen readers used by blind and visually impaired individuals.
Alt Text should concisely describe (1–2 sentences, maximum 150 characters) what is actually visible in the image, rather than providing an interpretation. It should complement the figure caption, not repeat it.
Please place the Alt Text in square brackets directly below the figure caption, for example:
Caption: Fig. 1. Organizational structure of Company X.
[Alt Text: A flow chart showing a division into 4 departments with the CEO at the top of the structure].
