Streszczenie: W artykule opisano najważniejsze aspekty związane z dziedziczeniem tradycji cichociemnych spadochroniarzy Armii Krajowej przez Jednostkę Wojskową GROM. Przedstawiono specyfikę tego konkretnego przypadku, a także wskazano, jak ważnym elementem, z punktu widzenia funkcjonowania każdej składowej Sił Zbrojnych RP, jest świadomość dziedziczonych tradycji oraz ich kontynuacja. GROM, będąc wiodącym elementem w Siłach Zbrojnych RP, jest szczególnym przykładem ilustrującym przedmiotowe zjawisko.

The significance of inheriting the traditions of the Cichociemni Paratroopers of the Home Army by the Special Missions Unit GROM

Abstract: This article aims to describe the key aspects related to the inheritance of the traditions of the Cichociemni Silent Unseen Paratroopers of the Home Army by the Special Missions Unit GROM. It also intends to outline the specifics of this particular case and, in doing so, provide a general indication of how the awareness of inherited traditions and their continuation is a crucial element in the functioning of each component within the Polish Armed Forces. Special Missions Unit GROM, as a leading element in the Polish Armed Forces, serves as a significant example to illustrate the phenomenon under discussion.
