Streszczenie: Bezpieczeństwo staje się coraz ważniejszym problemem organizacji trzeciego dziesięciolecia XXI w. Problem ten przenika każde stanowisko czy komórkę w strukturze organizacyjnej danego podmiotu. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie modelu koncepcyjnego menedżera rezyliencyjnego w bezpieczeństwie organizacji wraz z ukazaniem kompetencji menedżera i psychologicznej kultury bezpieczeństwa. Opracowanie powstało na podstawie studium literatury przedmiotu i stanowi wkład w dyskusję na temat działań zmierzających w kierunku uodpornienia organizacji na sytuacje kryzysowe.

The model of the resilient manager in building organizational security: a conceptual approach

Abstract: Security is becoming an increasingly important problem for organizations in the third decade of the 21st century. This problem permeates every position or unit in the organizational structure of a given entity. The aim of the study is to present a conceptual model of the resilient manager in organizational security, together with a presentation of the manager’s competences and the psychological culture of security. The study was created on the basis of a study of the subject literature and is a contribution to the discussion on actions aimed at making organizations more resistant to crisis situations.
